Leah T and The Baked Goods, Jazmarae Beebe, Marina...9pm $8

Leah T & The Baked Goods-Leah Tousignant is bound to dazzle any audience with her smooth vocals, funky piano chops, and irresistible charm.  Leah T has spent much of her life in the Twin Cities honing her craft as a uniquely creative singer/songwriter.  Her many years spent studying the piano has transformed her into a dynamic solo performer as well as a magnetic frontwoman.  Throughout 2014, she put a great deal of her efforts into debuting her first full-length album, Love and Other Green Things.  The album is a quirky and charming release filled with imaginative lyricism, playful melodies, and groovy beats.

Jazmarae Beebe-Jazmarae Beebe is a powerful vocalist and an earnest songwriter. Coming from a long line of successful jazz players, Beebe has a soulful sound all her own that roots her diverse background in a melancholy blend of jazz and Motown influences. But it is not a darkness that wallows; instead, Jazmarae plants herself firmly in front of her talented band of guitars, keys, drums, horns and harmonies, proclaiming confidently the ownership of her heartaches. And make no mistake, she expels them— atop grooves that grab the audience and carry it in rhythm to the rush of their release.

Marina Christopher-Singing and song-writing have become Marina's most recent musical endeavor. On March 14, 2015, she released her self-titled EP, which showcases her talents. She sings and writes in a style that seamlessly blends jazz and pop, and her voice is something all her own. Although Marina happily continues to accompany many other musicians, you can count on seeing her perform more and more as a featured artist.
